What is PDR technology?
PDR (Paintless Dent Repair) technology is a method that allows for the repair of car dents without the use of paint or chemicals.
What does the subscription include?
The subscription entitles you to five dent repairs per year. Dents should not exceed a diameter of 5 cm.
Does the subscription cover all dents on the car?
The subscription covers only dents up to 5 cm in diameter. Larger dents will be repaired at an additional cost based on market rates.
What happens if my car has multiple dents?
Only one dent can be repaired per visit. If the car has multiple dents, each dent will need to be repaired during separate visits.
Does the subscription cover damage caused by hail or other natural disasters?
The subscription terms do not cover extensive dents caused by hail or other natural disasters. In such cases, repairs will be carried out according to a special agreement, and additional costs will apply.
What is the cost for additional dents if I exceed the five-dent limit?
If you have used up your quota of five repairs, we will apply market pricing based on the extent of the work. The price will be determined individually, depending on the size and complexity of the dent.
How can I submit a damage claim?
A damage claim must be submitted in writing or through the company’s online system. The company will review the claim within 10 business days.
Is the agreement renewed automatically?
Yes, the agreement is automatically renewed unless either party provides written notice of termination at least 30 days before renewal.
What happens if the car does not meet the technical requirements for repair?
The customer must ensure that the car meets the technical requirements for repair. If these requirements are not met, the repair may be postponed, or additional costs may be incurred.
