What is PDR technology?
PDR (Paintless Dent Repair) is a method that allows dents to be repaired without using paint or chemicals.
What does the subscription include?
Up to 3 PDR repairs per year per car for dents ≤ 5 cm without paint damage.
Does the subscription cover all dents on the car?
Only dents ≤ 5 cm without paint damage. Larger dents or paint damage are priced separately.
What happens if my car has multiple dents?
Multiple dents can be repaired in the same visit if time allows. Remaining dents will be scheduled for the next route window.
Does the subscription cover damage caused by hail or other natural disasters?
No. Hail damage, plastic, severe folds, difficult access, and aluminum/double panels are not included.
How much does an extra dent cost if I exceed the subscription limit?
From 1,490 NOK incl. VAT for dents ≤ 5 cm. The final price is assessed on-site or based on photos.
How do I book an appointment, and which photos do you need?
Book via the form on our website.
Subscription: upload 4 photos (overview, close-up, angled, reflection).
One-time repair: photos are optional.
Which areas and opening hours do you have?
Oslo/Akershus. Vestfold/Tønsberg is served on fixed route days (published in the calendar).
Opening hours: Mon–Fri 08:00–17:00.
How fast can I get an appointment?
Within 72 hours in Oslo/Akershus and 3–5 business days in Vestfold/Tønsberg.
Does the subscription apply to vans or pickups?
Only passenger cars. Private pickups may be included if registered as passenger vehicles. Vans and trucks are not included.
Can I reschedule the appointment?
One free rescheduling < 24 hours per year. Additional reschedulings are placed in the next route window.
Can I cancel after using a repair?
Yes, within 30 days after a covered repair. A fair settlement is made against the one-time repair price, and any months already paid are deducted.
How do I submit a claim for insurance compensation?
A written claim must be submitted via the company’s online system. The company will review the claim within 10 working days.
Does the agreement renew automatically?
Yes, the agreement renews automatically unless either party gives written notice of termination at least 30 days before renewal.
What happens if the car does not meet the technical requirements for repair?
The customer must ensure that the car meets the technical requirements for repair. If the requirements are not met, the repair may be postponed, or additional costs may apply.
