With us, you can choose between two simple and secure payment methods: Avtalegiro or eFaktura.

Automatic deduction of your recurring bills directly from your account on the due date. You can set it up easily in your online banking system.

The invoice arrives pre-filled in your online bank or Vipps, and you need to approve the payment manually. It’s easy to set up in your online bank.

Business Agreement / SLA

This Service Level Agreement (SLA) describes the delivery of small-dent repair using PDR (paintless, no paint) for passenger cars. Applies to both private subscriptions and cooperation with insurance companies/fleets via a business agreement.

0. Target groups

Private subscription for passenger cars.

Cooperation with insurance companies and fleets of passenger cars (rental, car-sharing, leasing) via a dedicated business agreement / SLA.

1. Purpose and scope

The service covers small-dent repair using PDR (paintless) per vehicle with an active subscription.

2. Coverage area and opening hours

Coverage: Oslo/Akershus. Vestfold/Tønsberg is served on fixed route days (published in the calendar).

Opening hours: Mon–Fri 08:00–17:00.

3. SLA targets (response time)

Oslo/Akershus: appointment offer within 72 hours.

Vestfold/Tønsberg: appointment offer within 3–5 business days.

4. Subscription contents

Up to 3 PDR repairs per year per vehicle.

Applies to dents ≤ 5 cm without paint damage.

Pre-assessment (subscription): 4 photos required (overview, close-up, angled, extra/reflection).

One-time repair: photos optional (price assessed on-site or from photos).

5. Exclusions (not included)

No services for trucks, vans/utility vehicles, work vehicles or commercial pickups.

Private pickups may be included if registered and used as a passenger car.

6. Exceptions and pre-assessment

Dents over 5 cm, paint damage, plastic, severe creases, difficult access, aluminium/double reinforcements and hail are not covered.

Such cases are priced separately or forwarded to the insurer network if needed.

7. Booking and rescheduling

Booking via the form with reg. no. / VIN and contact details.

Subscription: upload 4 photos (required). One-time repair: photos optional.

One rescheduling < 24 hours per year free of charge. Further reschedulings are placed in the next route window (no fee, lower priority).

8. Fair use and termination

The subscription is tied to a specific vehicle (reg. no. / VIN).

If terminated within 30 days after a covered repair, a fair settlement is made against the one-time repair price. Months already paid are deducted.

9. For insurance and fleets

Cooperation via business agreement / SLA with photo pre-assessment and, if required, monthly SLA/KPI reporting.

10. Prices

Subscription: 149 NOK/month incl. VAT (up to 3 PDR/year, ≤ 5 cm, no paint damage).

One-time repair without subscription: from 1,490 NOK incl. VAT (≤ 5 cm; final price assessed on-site or from photos).
